The glamorous luxury that this hotel provides is absolutely breathtaking! the elite amenities and room features surely make one feel like royalty. the hotel's prime location is within walking distance to the main shopping centres, Bristol centre and stations, providing a convenient and sophisticated travel experience. the personalized service was also top-notch and reliable.
There is one minor issue: This area needs more safety measures at night. the occasional suspicious characters hanging around the area might make it unsafe to return late at night.

We loved the modern and well-equipped apartments. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was close to main shopping centres, the city centre, and stations. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing it was perfect.

Spacious, well furnished, good TV's etc. quiet, private secure parking, centrally located.
Carpets in flats a bit dirty. Saw no staff apart from a cleaner and the night watchman briefly on the evening we arrived.

Located close to main shopping centers, it was convenient for us to explore and indulge in some retail therapy. the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well-maintained. the staff provided a good service and the breakfast options were satisfactory.
The surrounding area could be a little rough, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable walking around at night.

The apartment, if operated properly, would have been good for families. It was convenient for us visiting family in the area.
The location of the apartments is in a rough area. Our view was of derelict waste ground. The apartment itself and kitchen crockery etc was dirty. There was no one to meet us on our arrival, as per check in instructions given We had to wait with two young children for around half an hour because of a 'family crisis' of the security guard. We also asked for a cot when booking, but this was not supplied.

The apartments were definitely the highlight of our city break. They were modern and had everything we needed. the location was fantastic too , we were just a short walk away from the main shopping centre and all the sights of the city. it was great being so close to the train stations, making travelling around the city much easier.
The area around the apartments was a bit disappointing. There were massage parlours and some rough, looking pubs, and we didn't feel comfortable walking around late at night.

Overall, our stay in the apartment was OK. We sleep very well because air conditioning is provided. However, the apartment is smaller than I expected.
Trees are right outside the windows. There are many insects that we did not want to open the windows. So sometimes the apartment is a bit stuffy. There are also many bees, moths and daddylong legs inside the apartment. They are disturbing!

The apartments are modern and well kitted out.Close to main shopping centres, Bristol centre and stations.
The area is a little rough: massage palours, grim pubs and unsavoury looking people hanging around. I wouldn't recommend it for families or coming back late at night. Our room was not cleaned very well and had broken glass under the sofa. The parking is expensive, a short walk away, and the code for the car-park did not always work.

The apartments were well-furnished and modern, making our stay comfortable. The location was convenient as it was close to popular shopping centres and public transportation, which allowed us to explore the city. the kitchen was well-equipped, giving us the option to cook meals instead of eating out.
The area surrounding the apartments was less than desirable. The numerous massage parlours, questionable pubs, and sketchy individuals were unnerving, especially at night.
